Our Policies
All tuition fees are due and payable in advance on Monday of

the current week and can be paid on a weekly/monthly basis

in advance. A $5.00 late charge will be added to your account

daily (unless previously arranged). Collection action will be

pursued on all unpaid balances. I reserve the right to dismiss

a child because of a past due account. It is very important

that your child is picked up by closing time. If your child is not

picked up by 6:00p.m., there will be a late fee of $5.00 for the

first 15 minutes and for every five minutes thereafter. If you

child is out of the center, tuition fees will be applied to the

account. You are paying for the space not the child.

 

Sickness
Each child must obtain a pre-admission physical and a

current immunization report. We ask that you return these

forms to us on the first day of attendance.

If you child has been or is exposed to any contagious disease

such as whopping cough, German or regular measles, mumps, chicken pox, diphtheria, pinworms, or scarlet fever keep the child home and report his condition to the center immediately. The State Licensing requires this for the protection of all children.

 

Vacation/Withdrawals
Two weeks notice is required. This time may be taken consecutively or may be used one week at a time. If a child is removed from the program without notice, you will still pay the 2 weeks tuition.
